You must not provide passwords to us. GoingVira does not require your social media password to provide standard promotional services.

For services that require visibility of a public profile or public content, you are responsible for keeping the relevant account or post accessible for processing. If you change a username, make an account private, delete content, or otherwise interfere with delivery, your order may be delayed, limited, or become ineligible for refill or refund review.

We aim to begin processing orders promptly, but all delivery times are estimates only. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, exact delivery speed, or exact outcomes at all times.

Service levels may vary due to platform changes, account restrictions, content availability, fraud screening, technical outages, or supplier delays.

We reserve the right to modify, pause, or discontinue any Service, feature, package, or pricing at any time.

Where a service is sold with a refill or replacement guarantee, eligible claims must be submitted within the coverage period stated on the product page or checkout page. Unless a shorter or longer period is clearly stated for a specific service, GoingVira’s standard refill window is 30 days from delivery.

A refill may be denied if:

• the username or link attached to the order has changed;
• the account was made private or inaccessible;
• the drop is caused by user action, platform enforcement, or use of another provider at the same time;
• the request exceeds the original delivered quantity;
• the order falls outside the stated refill window.

Because digital promotional services begin processing quickly, refunds are limited.

Refunds may be considered when:

• you are charged and the order has not started within a reasonable time;
• we are unable to deliver the purchased service at all;
• a material service error occurred and we cannot remedy it with replacement, refill, or account credit;
• a refund is otherwise required by law.

Refunds are generally not available for:

• orders already fully or substantially delivered;
• dissatisfaction based solely on expected business results, reach, sales, conversions, or account growth;
• delays caused by private accounts, changed usernames, deleted posts, or incorrect links provided by you;
• free credits, promotional services, bonuses, or giveaway orders;
• platform-side drops where refill coverage has expired.

Refund requests must be submitted to support@goingvira.com with your order number and a clear explanation. We may request additional information before reviewing the claim.

By purchasing from GoingVira, you agree to contact us first to resolve any order issue before filing a chargeback or payment dispute. Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may result in account suspension, service reversal where possible, refusal of future orders, and submission of evidence to the payment processor.

You understand and agree that:

• social media platforms may change their algorithms, policies, or enforcement actions at any time;
• we cannot guarantee exact follower, like, view, comment, reach, or engagement counts;
• we cannot guarantee permanent retention of engagement unless a refill guarantee expressly applies;
• we do not guarantee that use of the Services will increase revenue, popularity, visibility, or platform ranking.

You use the Services at your own risk.

You are solely responsible for:

• ensuring your use of the Services complies with platform rules and applicable law;
• reviewing product descriptions before purchase;
• providing accurate order information;
• using the Services in a way that does not deceive consumers, advertisers, business partners, or the public.

All website content, branding, text, graphics, logos, code, design, and materials on GoingVira are owned by or licensed to us and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, copy, resell, or exploit any portion of the website without our prior written consent.
